Maintenance requests can be submitted within the online tenant portal. Please put as much information as possible so that we know the extent of the issue. Also, be sure to add whether or not we are allowed to go inside and make the necessary repairs if nobody is home. Once the request has been submitted, we will submit a work order to the appropriate vendor. Generally, the vendor will be out there within 1-2 business days. Our vendors do call you before coming to make sure somebody will be home.
