Once the maintenance request has been submitted, a work order is usually made the same day. The work order may not be made until the next business day if the maintenance request is submitted too late in the day. Work orders are scheduled by order of importance. Plumbing, electrical, roof leaks, heating and air, and any safety hazards are put at the top of the list. Typically, maintenance workers will be there in 1-2 business days. Cosmetic and other non-pressing issues are at the bottom of the list. It is possible to have up to one week of waiting time for these repairs to be made.
These time frames DO NOT account for ordering parts, if necessary.
